Basic Mowing Service includes mowing of lawn, edging of driveway, sidewalk and curb and blowing of clippings back into the yard to give the property a clean professional lawn mowing cut.
For properties larger than 20K sqft please call or text our office for pricing, we do not have a property size limit or height limit. Bexar Mowing LLC does offer one time lawn mowing service and non-contracted lawn care, prices will vary so please call our office, email or send us a text. Prices do not include tax. Commercial mowing service price may vary depending on the amount of improvements done to the property so please call our office for a quote.
One time service and services performed for the first time start at the monthly rate. Overgrown lots 12 inches or higher are subject to an additional fee, price varies based on height and an estimate must be given at the time of service. Bagging of clippings is currently not an option since we only use commercial grade mowers which mulch clippings extremely well and provide nutrients back into the lawn. There is no contract to sign so you may start, stop or change service frequency at any time.
All payments are due at the time of service.
To schedule service a check or credit card must be put on file prior to dispatch. Once served the payment on file will be charged and a paid invoice will be sent to the email on file. If recurrent scheduled service payment is declined and not received in 72 hours a late fee of $25 will be applied to the account.
A $50 dispatch charge will be applied when cancellation for scheduled frequency change is less than 4 hours prior to mowing crew arrival. Estimates that can not be given over the phone may be assessed a dispatch charge (rate may vary depending on location).
